The season of fall dark vampy lips is upon us and I couldn’t be more excited. There is something about a dark mauve matte lip that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
Today on this rainy Thursday I wanted to share my favorite fall lippies with you all.
First, Mac Whirl lipstick. We all have heard of the cult favorite whirl lip pencil from Mac and from popular demand Mac has created a Whirl lipstick. I hopped on this band wagon very fast and im glad I did. This lipstick is the perfect dark mauve with a brown under tone. The lipstick last all day and doesn’t dry out my lips.
Second, Bite Beauty Butter Cream lipstick in Hazelnut. Bite beauty has always been one of my favorite brands because of their all natural ingredients. Their lipsticks never irritate my lips and always keep them smooth and hydrated. This color is also a mauve but with a plum under tone right on trend for fall! The unique aspect of this lipstick is it is hand cut. By having the lipstick hand cut it removes the outer waxy layer and expose’s the lipstick’s creamy center. This lipstick is infused with five nourishing, aromatic butters, including lavender, shea, almond, pomegranate, and chamomile. Good for your lips and stylish.
Last but not least Tarte Lip Surgence Lip Gloss in Exposed. I know when the cold weather hits it’s all about matte lips but sometimes your lips need a break and need some shine! It’s no secret that I have a strong relationship with Simple Skincare. Let’s talk lashes. We all want long lashes , volume and curl am I right?

I am a huge believer in the dry shampoo gods. My hair is wavy, frizzy and thick so blow drying my hair is a chore and if i find a product that helps me go through that processes less its pure gold to me.
L’oreal’s Bow Dry It Dry Shampoo is gold. First off there is NO white cast. For all of you who use dry shampoo religiously know one of the worst things is having to blend that white cast in so you don’t look like a grandma all day. Also the smell , my oh my the smell is delicious, it smells so fresh. Which is what we want after not washing our hair for two days right?
My biggest issue ive come across with finding the right dry shampoo is the feeling of still having dirty hair after I apply it. The smell and texture of the L’oreal dry shampoo makes me feel as though my hair is freshly washed when im actually on day 3. Not only does the product claim to be a dry shampoo but also a blow dry extender. So it can be used on fresh hair to extend the style and also used in between washes to refresh & extend.
-style tip: after your blow out blast your hair with a shot of cool air to lock your style into place, works wonders I promise!
This dry shampoo works amazing, smells amazing and cuts down the amount of times I have to wash my hair. 10/10 for me!

I always thought setting sprays were a myth. I didn’t understand how misting some magical water on my face would have any effect on my makeup. Although Recently I had the opportunity to try the Mac Cosmetics Fix + and even though I had my doubts I put it all aside and did my beauty research.
To my surprise the magical water , works. This setting spray does so much more than set makeup, let me explain. Mac’s Fix + refreshes and soothes the face while setting any powder that is all the face helping set the makeup and pro long the wear. But also I found that it is awesome for eye shadows.

I was browsing the aisles of Sephora searching for some inspiration and I spotted the
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation in a beautiful glass bottle and the packaging just caught me. I quickly got color matched and picked up a sample to use for the week. ( If you didn’t know Sephora gives very generous & free samples).
So I set out to use the foundation and I couldn’t believe my eyes. First off coverage is out of this world a little bit goes a very long way. Your pores? Forget about them they completely disappear with this foundation. Your face will look flawless almost like it was “born this way”.
The finish of the foundation is youthful and radiant, It is infused with coconut water to give you a natural glow, and naturally replenish moisture levels. The is the best foundation to hit the shelves in 2015. If you don’t believe pick up a sample and see for yourself!
